openarc develop

Hello,

while last announcement sounds like a release is coming soon,
this time I announce a packaged version of the develop branch.
(https://github.com/trusteddomainproject/OpenARC/tree/develop)
that received updates on Github some days ago.
Now I've updated the packages for some Linux distros.

openarc.org was updated to run the new version.
see https://openarc.org/testing

binary packages are available for some Linux distribution:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:andreasschulze/openarc
(except Debian 9 I couldn't say not more then "it builds")
