ibopenarc.so.0: cannot open shared object file

openarc: error while loading shared libraries: libopenarc.so.0: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory

This error message is what I get when trying to do ```openarc -V```
I downloaded and compiled as follows:

# autoreconf -fvi
# ./configure
# make
# make install


What have I missed?
